A client was looking to replace an aging phone system, they had spoken to 3 or 4 phone system vendors and recived quaotions for about $12,000 to $14,000 for a 15 seat system.
We introduced them to an open source system which had every feature they were looking and some that they had thought we usful, but too expnsive to add to propriatory systems.
We sat down with the client and came up with a list of hardware they needed, they went a shopped online for the phones and the server hardware and then we worked with their in house IT guru to get things up and running and to show him how to customize the system to work the way they wanted. Total cost was less than $7000.00.
